Jonathan Martin Berry
Jonathan Martin Berry is a musician based in Pasadena, California. Having studied guitar performance at The University of Southern California, he has gone on to a successful career as a studio musician, producer, songwriter/composer and instructor. As a studio musician, Jonathan has worked with such artists as The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Rascal Flatts, James Blunt, “The Voice” winner Jordan Smith, Tyler Glenn of Neon Trees, “American Idol” winner Kris Allen, and Allstar Weekend among many others. He has contributed to the scores for projects such as Mandela (A Long Walk To Freedom), Queen of Katwe, Roots (2016), J.J. Abrams’ 11/23/64, Escape Plan. and is currently working on BBC's "Planet Earth 2" due out in January.
His compositions have been featured in national advertising spots for Esurance (Superbowl 2015), Best Buy, Microsoft, Samsung, Kate Spade, Kohls as well as the The History Channel’s “Top Gear” and the ESPN network. In addition, Jonathan maintains an active teaching schedule at his studio in the heart of Pasadena.
